SPENCER Ann On 10th August, at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Ann Spencer, aged 91 years, of Parc Seymour. Devoted Mother of Tim, Mother-in-law of Jackie and Grandmother to Keziah and Toby. Funeral service Friday 8th September 4.30 pm at Langstone Vale Crematorium.
