Congestion is reported on the eastbound stretch of the M4 from J28 at Tredegar Park to J26 at Malpas.

The CrossCountry train that was due at Newport station at 7.10am is due to arrive there 32 minutes late at 7.42am.
It was due to also call at Chepstow, Caldicot and Severn Tunnel Junction but those stops have been cancelled. It is scheduled to arrive at Cardiff Central station at 7.55am.
