The M4 between J24 and J25
UPDATE: 9.18am
The M4 at the Second Severn Crossing has been shut in one direction because of a broken down crane.
The eastbound carriageway closure has caused disruption between J22 and J23.
Gwent Police said the crane had had a blow-out and oil leaked onto the carriageway.
Police received a call at 7.20am.
UPDATE: 8.10am
Delays are possible on the M4 westbound between J24 at the Coldra and J26 Malpas due to congestion.
