Child stuck in drain rescued from Bassaleg school
FIREFIGHTERS rescued a child who was wedged inside a drain at Bassaleg School yesterday.
Crews from across Newport were called at 11.34am after the child became stuck. A spokeswoman for the fire service said the child was safe and well.
