Traffic in Newport
AN earlier crash in Newport is causing slow traffic on the M4 eastbound from junction 28 to 29.
All lanes re-opened at 3.15pm after the two car crash, which is now on the hard shoulder.
There is also congestion on A48 Eastern Avenue to A48(M) J29a St Mellons.
Lane three was briefly blocked by the two car collision.
