A local impact report concludes that a proposed wind farm between Abertillery and Cwm will have a negative effect on the area in question.
How about: 1. Noise; 2. Wind turbine’s are ecological death traps for birds and bats; 3. Alteration of the visual aesthetic's of the countryside in that area. 4. Limited lifespan of a wind turbine (20 years); and 5. Devastating impact on plant life in the area.
