THE Dragons will wear a one-off kit in their next home United Rugby Championship game to raise money for the National Autistic Society.
The Rodney Parade club and kit manufacturers VX3 have unveiled a special strip for their fixture against the Bulls on Saturday, March 23.
A limited number of jerseys are on sale with every sale generating a donation of £10 to the chosen charity while the players’ shirts worn against the South Africans will be auctioned online after the game.
Hayley Parker, interim head of fundraising and supporter relations at the National Autistic Society, said: “We are thrilled to have worked with Dragons RFC on this unique kit, to increase understanding of autism.
“There are more than 700,000 autistic people in the UK, and events like this raise awareness and vital funds to help support our charity's mission to create a society that works for all autistic people.”
